Sunnyside Unified School District turns to Hive Fabric™ to boost its virtual desktop infrastructure ecosystem with AI-powered, all-in-one stack
Hoboken, NJ, February 12, 2019 – HiveIO Inc., a technology company that transforms commodity data center equipment into a software-defined virtualization platform, today announced that the Sunnyside Unified School District has selected Hive Fabric™ to power its virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) ecosystem. The Artificial Intelligence-ready hyperconverged fabric (HCF) solution will help the district’s IT team increase efficiencies by providing an easier-to-manage, all-in-one stack that’s able to meet the increased demand of desktop applications from students and staff.
Sunnyside USD is the second largest school district in Southern Arizona serving more than 16,300 students and families through more than 20 schools. Sunnyside’s mission is to develop students with a strong sense of identity, purpose, and agency. To support this mission, the district’s IT team is dedicated to providing students and faculty with the most innovative technologies to enhance learning.
